A native of Devon, Pa., Annina Ruggirello is the daughter of Anna & Giuseppe Ruggirello. She graduated from and rowed for Conestoga High School. Annina graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering.
In her time on the Bucknell women’s rowing team, Annina was a member of four Patriot League Championship boats. As a freshman and sophomore, she raced in the Varsity Four, earning two silver medals. As a junior and senior, she raced in the Varsity Eight, earning a sixth-place finish and bronze medal, respectively. Annina also earned a silver medal in the Varsity Four at the Dad Vail Regatta during her freshman season. Outside of rowing, Annina served as a senator for the Class of 2018, Residential Advisor, Library Office Manager, and a member of the ‘Nell Party Comedy Group.
