A native of Newton, Mass., Olanne Healy is the daughter of Angela Healy. She graduated from Newton North and rowed for the Durham Boat Club. Majoring in biology, Olanne was as a member of the Global Ambassador Program.
In her time on the Bucknell women’s rowing team, Olanne earned fourth in the Varsity Four at the Patriot League Championships as a freshman and a gold medal in the Third Varsity Eight at the Dad Vail Regatta during her sophomore season. Outside of rowing, Olanne participated in research for the biology department. In the fall of 2019, Healy earned a gold medal in the Second Varsity Eight at the 1969 Cup. Unfortunately, the 2019-2020 campaign was cut short due to COVID-19.
