2019-20: In the fall competed in the Championship Eights at the Head of the Charles ... took first place with the 2V8+ at the 1969 Cup.
2018-19: Competed in three spring events with the Freshman 8+ ... took third place at the Cooper Invitational, fourth at the Dad Vail Regatta and fifth at the Cherry Hill Invitational.
Personal: Born June 14, 2000 in East Grand Rapids, Mich. … daughter of Susanne and Steve Albaitis … has a younger sister, Isabel … captain of the East Grand Rapids varsity crew team … member of the school’s very first boat to quality for the SRAA National Championships … Academic All-State selection … in 2018 finished third in the state for scholastic women’s rowing … took first place in the Women’s Varsity 2 at the SRAM State Championship … in 2016 was runner-up with the Women’s Varsity 4+ at SRAA Midwest Scholastic Championships … first in the Women’s Varsity 4x at the Grand Rapids Marathon … placed second in the Women’s Varsity 1x at the SRAM State Championship … in the summer of 2018 came to Bucknell to do research in the chemistry department through the STEM Scholar Program … majoring in animal behavior ... member of Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... earned CRCA Scholar-Athlete honors.
