• Bucknell received votes in this week's USILA Coaches' and Inside Lacrosse Media Polls.
• The Bison are currently 3-0 (0-0 PL) following their 23-7 victory over St. John's on Feb. 19 in their home opener.
• With a win on Saturday at Marist, Bucknell will start a season 4-0 for the first time since 2007; during that campaign, the Bison won their first five games en route to an 11-4 overall record.
• During the abbreviated 2021 season, Bucknell posted a 2-6 (1-5 PL) record, missing the Patriot League Tournament for only the third time since 2005.
• In 2020, the Bison went 5-1 (0-0 PL). The week their season was canceled due to the COVID-19 public health threat, they were ranked 20th in the USILA Coaches' Poll.

• The Bison powered past the Red Storm, bolstered by a record-setting 11-goal third quarter and Connor Davis matching the school record for single-game goals by a freshman (6) for the second time this young season.
• Overall, Bucknell had 11 different goal scorers. Beyond Davis, Alston Tarry (3g-2a), Cam Doolan (2g-2a), Jack Feda (3g), Patrick Ciquera (2g-1a) and Dutch Furlong (1g-2a) all logged at least three points.
• Nick Crovatto had a big day, winning 18 of 22 faceoffs and matching Jarett Witzal's single-game record with 14 ground balls. He also assisted on two of Davis's goals off of faceoff wins.
• Crovatto's 37 faceoff wins on the season moved his career total to 203. He is just the fifth Bison to reach 200 in his career (faceoff statistics began being kept in 1999).
