Army tacked on two more runs in the second inning. The Black Knights posted three singles in the first four batters to score a run and chase Jones out of the circle. Mea Consentino arrived and allowed two more singles tallying a second run.
Sarah Zimmerman pitched the rest of the game and allowed zero runs.
The Bison had two innings where they stranded multiple runners. The Orange & Blue ended the game going 1-2-3.
Game Two Recap
Bucknell was no-hitted for the second straight year as Army's Flanders proved the best in the field.
Madison Roukey started in the circle and generally pitched well.
Army started the scoring in the second inning when Murchison cranked a solo home run to center field.
The Black Knight repeated the trick in the fourth inning but this time the bomb was a two-run shot.
Army chased Roukey from the game in the following inning after back-to-back doubles. Zimmerman again entered the fray and kept USMA scoreless for the rest of the game.
Bucknell's offense was hapless against Flanders and the Black Knight earned her first career no-hitter.
