Bucknell Rowers Host UConn Saturday Morning

LEWISBURG, Pa. -- The Bucknell rowing team continues its spring dual-meet schedule on Saturday morning when Connecticut joins the Bison on the Susquehanna River. The Bison and Huskies will race at 2,000 meters with the current along the Sunbury shore starting at 9 a.m.

Bucknell has already hosted West Virginia, Lehigh, Colgate and Delaware this spring, with the last two competitions featuring official 2,000-meter races. The Bison Varsity Eight and Second Varsity Eight were victorious against both the Raiders and Blue Hens. The 1V8+ was named the Patriot League Boat of the Week earlier this week, and the Bison will have the same lineup in their top boat again on Saturday against UConn.

Below are the race times and boat lineups for this weekend, as Bucknell continues to prepare for the May 14 Patriot League Championships on the Cooper River in New Jersey.
