Bucknell at a Glance
• The Bison are currently 4-9 (2-3 Patriot League) following their 19-13 loss at Holy Cross on April 6.
• In 2018, Bucknell went 3-13 (1-8 Patriot League). The Bison, who placed ninth in the Patriot League a year ago, were picked to finish in the same spot in 2019, as voted on by the league's coaches and sports information directors in the preseason poll.
• Bucknell qualified for back-to-back Patriot League Tournaments for the second time in program history in 2016 and 2017. The Bison were young and inexperienced a year ago, having lost three of their top five point producers and their two All-Patriot League honorees from 2017. Half of their Patriot League losses in 2018 came by three goals or fewer.
• Bucknell's captains are Callie DeWitt, Jamisen DeWitt, Sarah Dohler and Audrey Walsh. All four are first-time captains and will lead a young team featuring 21 underclassmen.
• J. DeWitt was recognized on the 2019 Preseason All-Patriot League Team. A 2018 All-Patriot League Second Team honoree, she led the Patriot League and finished ninth nationally in saves per game (10.75) that season. Against UMBC on March 21, she became the seventh Bison to make 500 career saves and also broke the program's record in career ground balls.
• The Bison return their top four leading scorers from a year ago in Eve Calabria (19g-14a), Morgan Steinhacker (18g), Walsh (14g-3a) and Lillie Hunt (8g-8a).
• Walsh, who battled injuries throughout the 2018 campaign, previously led the team in scoring as a sophomore in 2017. That year, she racked up 46 points (26g-20a).
• Remington Steele is his second year at the helm of the Bucknell women's lacrosse team.

Boston University at a Glance
• The Terriers are currently 9-4 (4-1 Patriot League) after besting American (23-10) on April 6 and New Hampshire (12-10) on April 9.
• Kailey Conry, a two-time All-Patriot League and IWLCA All-Northeast Region honoree, is the team leader in assists (34) and points (51) despite missing three games. She is the only Terrier who has reached the double digits in assists to date.
• In the 2019 Patriot League preseason poll, Boston University was picked to place fourth.
• The Terriers lead the all-time series with the Bison, 6-1, with all six of their victories coming after they joined the Patriot League in 2014.
• Last year at Nickerson Field, Boston University prevailed in a defensive struggle, 9-6. While Bucknell twice drew within one after falling in an early hole, the Terriers never allowed them to even the score.
• The game proved to be a goalkeeper's duel, with Jamisen DeWitt and Christine Laible each reaching the double digits in saves to hold her opponent under 10 goals. DeWitt finished the day with 17 stops, her career-high total. She topped her previous career high, set in Bucknell's 15-10 loss at Lafayette on March 28, by one. For Boston University, Laible stopped 10 shots to earn the victory.
• The Bison next travel to Patriot League power Loyola for a 7 p.m. game on Wednesday, April 17. They then return home to host Lehigh for Senior Day on Saturday, April 20. Before their 1 p.m. game against the Mountain Hawks, they will recognize Callie DeWitt, Jamisen DeWitt and Audrey Walsh for their contributions to the program.
