Krestinski and Leon Named to Patriot League All-Tournament Team

LEWISBURG, Pa. — Megan Krestinski and Jess Leon have been named to the 2026 Patriot League Women's Lacrosse All-Tournament Team following Bucknell' women's lacrosse's semifinal appearance.
The two seniors earned the all-tournament team honors based off of Bucknell's two Patriot League Tournament games; a 14-13 win over Holy Cross in the first round, which served as Bucknell's second conference tournament win in program history, and its 18-8 loss to #8 Navy in the semifinal round.
Krestinski led the Bison's offensive attack in both playoff games as she found a total seven points on five goals and two assists across the first round and the semifinals. The senior had a hattrick and one assist against Holy Cross and then found two goals and one assist against #8 Navy; she led Bucknell in goals and points in both contests. Krestinski also found a total of three ground balls and three draw controls in the Patriot League Tournament. With her seven playoff points she became Bucknell women's lacrosse's new leading point scorer with 187 career points, two more than the previous record holder.
Jess Leon led Bucknell's defensive efforts in both playoff appearances as she recorded a total of seven caused turnovers and seven ground balls. She led the team in ground balls and caused turnovers in each game. Her playoff journey began with five caused turnovers and four ground balls against Holy Cross in the first round and concluded with two caused turnovers and three ground balls against #8 Navy in the semifinals. The senior's seven ground balls was enough for her to tie Bucknell's single-season ground balls record of 49.
Both student-athletes have etched their names across the Bison record books and made history this season as they led Bucknell to the semifinals by earning the program its second Patriot League Tournament win in program history.
