STANFORD, Calif. – Bucknell softball took on a pair of tough opponents as it opened play at the Cardinal Classic on Friday, falling 7-0 to UNLV before coming up just short in a 2-1 loss to #22 Stanford.
The Bison, who dropped to 6-8 overall, will play UNLV on Saturday at 1 p.m., and will play UMass Lowell immediately after that game concludes. They wrap up play at the tournament with games against UMass Lowell and Stanford on Sunday.
