Jen Eck joined the Bucknell women's lacrosse staff as an assistant coach ahead of the 2020 campaign.
Eck came to Lewisburg following a standout playing career at Lebanon Valley College under Bison head coach Jackie Dando. As a senior captain in 2019, Eck became the second player in school history to capture All-America laurels by making the IWLCA Third Team. That season, she was among the Division III leaders with 109 draw controls, a figure good for second in team history; she also paced Lebanon Valley with 37 caused turnovers, which slotted her third in the school annals.
A three-time IWLCA All-Region honoree, Eck was tabbed as the 2019 MAC Commonwealth Conference Defensive Player of the Year for her role in leading Lebanon Valley to its first MAC Commonwealth Championship title and NCAA Tournament appearance.
Eck was a dual-sport athlete at Lebanon Valley College as she also played on the basketball team. A member of the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Alpha Epsilon and the Sports Medicine Society, she graduated in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science.
Off the field, Eck volunteered for the Special Olympics, Fitness 4 Focus Hershey and the Lancaster YMCA. Before joining the Bison women's lacrosse staff, she served as a patient care assistant at Penn State Medicine Lancaster General Hospital from October 2019 to January 2020.
