Men’s Golf Wraps up Weekend in Annapolis

RESULTS
ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The Bucknell men's golf team couldn't keep the momentum going from a strong second round, finishing up at The Goat with a 307 team total on Sunday at the U.S. Naval Academy Golf Course. The Bison finished in 14th place with a 54-hole total of 912.
After opening with a 313 on Saturday morning, Bucknell chopped 21 strokes off that total with a 292 tally in round two. Jack Hartman was the low Bison for the weekend, finishing T-30th with a 10-over-par 223 total (77-71-75).
Patrick Pritsios and Henry Bolster both closed with 77s, followed by Taylor Kuehn with a 78. Kuehn and Hartman turned in Bucknell's low cards of the weekend with even-par 71s in round two.
Loyola finished with a 6-over 858 to win the team title by five shots over host Navy. Seton Hall (866), Connecticut (871), and William & Mary (877) rounded out the top five.
Navy's Jack Tarzy shot 66-71-68 and ran away with medalist honors with a 8-under 205 total. Barnes Blake of Georgetown was second at 210 (68-70-72).
The Bison return to action on Sept. 29-30 at the Nemacolin Collegiate Invitational at Mystic Rock GC in Farmington, Pa.
