Aiden Tacker medaled for the Bison in the weight throw. The junior thrower won bronze tossing the weight 58-10. His first throw was his finest effort.Â
"Three years ago, the Bucknell track & field coaches took a chance on me," said Tacker. "I walked on the team having never thrown the weight. I was almost cut. Flash forward three years later and that chance paid off for the team by scoring some points to get the team moving in the right direction at leagues."
"Aiden was in the middle of an Army party," said throws coach Ryan Protzman. "But he stayed locked in and came away with his first Patriot League medal. He had a slow start to his season but he really started finding his groove the last couple of weeks and ended his indoor season on a positive note."
Henry Didden hovered in the mid-teens for much of the 5000-meter run before making a late push for fifth place. The junior runner's time of 14:23.98 places ninth all-time in Bucknell history.Â
Freshman pole vaulter Gabriel Pecaitis commenced his leagues career finishing fifth with a clearance of 15-9.Â
The 4x800-meter relay quartet of Zachary Jelinek, Carter Paul, Hayden Singer, and Colby Belczyk grabbed fifth place combining for a time of 7:47.21.Â

Preston Lubeski placed sixth (49.37) in the 400-meter dash qualifying round. Brandon Foust earned seventh in the 60-meter dash running 6.90.Â
