BOSTON, Mass.- The Bucknell Bison women's track & field team finished fourth at the 2024 Patriot League Indoor Championships, which wrapped up Sunday at Boston University. Seniors Meghan Quinn and Karen Hull both brought home gold medals while setting three school records, and the Bison women established eight new top-ten marks.Â
Navy's women earned their fifth-straight team title and the eighth in program history with 188 points. Boston University (148) and Army West Point (135) finished second and third, respectively, with Bucknell (105.5) and Lehigh (56) rounding out the top five. Holy Cross (29.5), Lafayette (15), Loyola (13), American (10), and Colgate closed out the women's field.
Donner's DebriefingÂ
"This was our best indoor championship since before the pandemic. The league has greatly improved and our ladies were hungry and excited to compete. We made a goal to score 100 points or more and we scored 105.5. We may have left a few points out there as well. We recruit and structure our program for outdoor track and field, so this meet should help kick-start our outdoor season as well as the ECAC next week."
