Hull Breaks School's High Jump Record at Day Two of the ECAC Championships

FAIRFAX, Va.- Karen Hull smashed the Bucknell record for the high jump for the second time this season as she and the Bison competed on day two of the ECAC Championships. Brylee Tereska also won silver in the javelin throw. The Bison are currently eighth with 25.5 points.Â

Beyond breaking the school record in the high jump, Hull's jump of 5-9 1/4 won the event to give the Bison women their eighth all-time win in the ECAC Outdoor Championships. The victory brought 10 points to the Bison coffers. Abby Kates finished tied for fourth with her jump of 5-6 to provide 2.5 points for Bucknell.Â
Brylee Tereska continued her astounding rookie campaign by taking second in the javelin throw. The freshman thrower heaved the instrument for a mark of 144-02, which contributed eight points to the Bison total.Â
Meghan Smith scored fourth in the 10,000-meter run on her time of 37:46.46 to provide five points for Bucknell.Â
