About Bucknell
• The Bucknell women's track & field team is set to host its second home meet in as many weeks. The Bison will host the Bucknell Team Challenge on Saturday, April 23, and 10 schools are expected to be in attendance. Bucknell is also celebrating Senior Day on Saturday and will be recognizing the careers of 18 graduating Bison.
• Bucknell is coming off an excellent weekend at the Bison Outdoor Classic, where numerous athletes impressed among a field of over 100 teams. Bucknell was especially outstanding in its relays, as the 4x100 and 4x400 teams posted all-time top 10 performances.
• The 4x100 team (Bridget Lalonde, Meghan Quinn, Gianna Macones, Karen Hull) ran a 46.89, which was the second-fast time in program history. The group took second overall at the meet and was just .21 seconds behind the school record.
• Lalonde and Quinn were also part of Bucknell's 4x400 team that took first at the meet and landed ninth on the all-time top 10 list with a 3:48.57. It was Bucknell's highest finish at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
• Lalonde rounded out arguably the strongest weekend of her career with an all-time top 10 finish in the 400. The junior ran a 56.20 to take third at the meet, and it was the fifth-fasted time in program history.
• Another Bison entering the all-time top 10 was Karly Forker, whose 4:27.68 in the 1500 ranks fourth in the Bucknell record book.
• Other notable finishes last weekend included Ashlyn Ramos in the 10k (4th, 34:53.92), Quinn in the 100 (4th, 12.18) and 200 (7th, 24.76), and Karly Renn in the pole vault (12-1.5).
