Cooper Bradshaw Wins Top Singles Flight on Final Day of Temple Invite

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Cooper Bradshaw won his Flight A singles match on the final day of the Temple Invite, but the Bison ultimately fell to the tournament hosts.
Bradshaw won the top singles flight 6-4, 2-6, 10-8 playing against sophomore Thibault Frumholz. Bradshaw was 2-1 in singles matches during the round-robin tournament, winning against his Wagner opponent yesterday as well.
Michael Owen was the other Bison to go 2-1 at the tournament in singles. The freshman defeated opponents from both Wagner and Penn. The Bison also won three doubles matchups over the weekend.
The team goes to Vestal, N.Y. next weekend for the Binghamton Championships. Matches will be held at the Bearcats Sports Complex Sept. 27-29.
