• Bucknell avenged its only Patriot League loss of the season with a 62-58 win over Boston University on Saturday at Case Gym.
• Kaitlyn Slagus led Bucknell with 16 points and seven rebounds despite playing most of the game with foul trouble. Ellie Mack finished with 14 points, six rebounds, and five assists, and Abby Kapp tallied 14 points on 5-of-6 shooting, including a 3-4 mark from beyond the arc. Kapp added three steals as the Bison forced 17 turnovers.
• The Bison led by as many as 17, but the Terriers battled back to take their first lead of the game, 49-47, with 7:16 to play.
• Bucknell took the lead for good after going up 54-53 on a bucket by Slagus with 3:24 to play. The Bison hit six free throws, two apiece by Slagus, Mack, and Marly Walls to secure the win.
• The Bison hit eight 3-pointers. Kapp was 3-of-4 from beyond the arc.
