Bucknell at a Glance
• Bucknell is currently 5-1 (4-1 Patriot League) after dropping American (215-67) and Lafayette (204-83) while falling to Navy (175.5-109.5) on Nov. 9 in Annapolis, Md.
• During that Patriot League quad dual, the Bison had three individual event winners: Will Cadwallader (1-meter dive), Leo Kuyl (50 freestyle) and Sean Quinn (200 IM).
• Bucknell's 5-1 start is its best since the 2013-14 campaign. That season, the Bison went 5-1 (4-0 Patriot League) in their first six duals en route to a 7-3 (5-1 Patriot League) record.
• In 2018-19, Bucknell went 3-5 (3-4 Patriot League). The Bison went on to place third (397 points) at the 10-team Patriot League Championships and fourth (313 points) at the 24-team ECAC Championships.
• Chadd Cummings (2nd), Charlie McFarland (2nd) and Matt McGoey (2nd) were Bucknell's 2019 All-Patriot League honorees. McGoey made the All-Patriot League Second Team for the second year in a row.
• Of Bucknell's 2019 All-Patriot League selections, Cummings and McFarland were lost to graduation.
• McGoey is the lone returning individual school record holder; he owns the Bison standard in the 200 IM (1:47.84).
• Returnees Jacob Lubinski (400 medley), McGoey (200 freestyle), Pitt (200 medley, 200 freestyle) and Jack Rose (200 medley) were members of school record setting relay teams.
• The Bison are very young in 2019-20, featuring a roster with 27 underclassmen. They have only two seniors: McGoey and Michael Park.
• The program welcomed nine newcomers in 2019-20. They hail from five different states: California (4), New York (2), Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Loyola at a Glance

• This will be only the third dual meet between Bucknell and Loyola. The teams met for the first time on Jan. 13, 2017 at Kinney Natatorium, a 165-117 Bison victory.
• Last season, the Bison used 11 first-place finishes to down the Greyhounds by a 170-119 margin. Chadd Cummings (100 breaststroke, 200 breaststroke), Matt McGoey (200 freestyle, 200 backstroke) and Garrett Sommer (1-meter dive, 3-meter dive) each took first in two events to lead the way.
