Bucknell Men's Golf Finishes 7th at Lehigh Invitational

BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- Dan Bernard posted a 3-over 75 to earn a top-10 finish, but the Bison men's golf team struggled with a 312 team score on the final day of the Lehigh Invitational and finished in seventh place.
Bernard shot 76-75 and ended up in a tie for ninth place individually. His 151 total was seven shots behind the individual winner, Brandon Park of Seton Hall.
Schuyler Stitzer followed Bernard with a 76, while Will Bachman shot 78. Jon Hartman, who posted an even-par 72 in the first round, couldn't keep it going and finished with an 83. J.J. Szmadzinski shot 84.
Seton Hall ran away with the team title, shooting 296-290 to win by 20 strokes over Colgate and Siena. Lafayette placed fourth, followed by Fordham, Lehigh, Bucknell and Rutgers.
Bucknell's fall schedule is now complete.
