Hartman's 72 Leads Bison Men's Golf at Lehigh Invitational

BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- Jon Hartman fired an even-par 72 to lead the way for the Bucknell men's golf team on day one of the Lehigh Invitational on Saturday. The Bison shot 304 as a team and sit in a tie for sixth place with 18 holes yet to come on Sunday.
Hartman was one of three players in the field to shoot even par or better on Saturday. Lafayette's Carter Rufe carded a 1-under 71, while Hartman and Justin Deitz of Siena both posted 72.
Dan Bernard followed Hartman with a 76, and he is tied for 18th place. J.J. Szmadzinski posted a 77, Schuyler Stitzer shot 79 and Will Bachman had an 80.
Seton Hall has the team lead after opening with a 296. Fordham and Lafayette are both five shots back at 301, followed by Colgate (302), Lehigh (303), Bucknell (304), Siena (304) and Rutgers (315).
