Bucknell Men's Golf Washed Out This Weekend at Lafayette

LEWISBURG, Pa. -- The frigid April weather in the Northeast has wiped out yet another Bucknell spring sporting event. This weekend's Lafayette Invitational men's golf tournament, in which the Bison were scheduled to participate, has been canceled due to a soaked course and the forecast for more inclement weather to come.
The Bison men's golf team has endured tough weather conditions in each of its two spring tournaments thus far - the Drew Upton Towson Classic and last week's Navy Invitational.
Despite this weekend's cancellation at Lafayette, Bucknell will not have to wait long to get back on the course. The Bison will play in the Rehoboth Beach Invitational at Kings Creek CC on Monday.
