A native of Long Beach, Calif., Sarah Reasbeck is the daughter of Glenn and Lucille Reasbeck. She graduated from Wilson High School and rowed for Long Beach Junior Crew. Majoring in cellular biology and biochemistry, Sarah graduated as a member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
In her time on the Bucknell women’s rowing team, Sarah competed four times at the Dad Vail Regatta. As a freshman, she earned a gold medal in the Third Varsity Eight. As a sophomore, Sarah finished sixth in the Second Varsity Four. As a junior and senior, she raced in the Third Varsity Eight, earning a gold medal and fifth-place finish, respectively. Outside of rowing, Sarah was a teaching assistant for organic chemistry and an independent researcher on firefly odorant building proteins.
