Â
"I have known Katie for several years, and I am very excited to welcome her to our coaching staff," said Dando. "Her most recent coaching experience at Washington and Lee has prepared her well for the transition to Bucknell, as she truly understands and appreciates the student-athlete experience. In addition, Katie's experience and passion for recruiting will elevate our incoming classes."

In the spring of 2022, Lasater coached six Old Dominion Athletic Conference all-stars, including the Defensive Player of the Year, as well as one IWLCA Third Team All-American. The Generals tied a school record with 19 wins, captured ODAC regular-season and tournament titles, and won two NCAA Tournament games before falling to Gettysburg in the quarterfinals.
