Megan Krestinski Named to 2026 Academic All-Patriot League Women's Lacrosse Team

LEWISBURG, Pa. — Senior attacker Megan Krestinski added to her season accomplishments on Wednesday as the Patriot League announced her as one of the 15 members of the 2026 Academic All-Patriot League Women's Lacrosse Team.
The New York native earned First Team All-Patriot League earlier this week and most recently led the Bison to their second Patriot League Tournament win in program history while breaking the single-season points record at Bucknell. The attacker currently has 73 points and counting, which broke the previous points record of 71 that was held by Carol Donohue '10.
Krestinski has been a powerhouse on offense for the Bison this season with 46 goals and 27 assists, leading the team in both points and assists this year. She has also recorded 31 draw controls, a team high, as well as four caused turnovers and 17 ground balls. The senior earned Patriot League Attacker of the Week once in 2026.
Alongside breaking the single-season points record, Krestinski is just one point away from tying the career points record of 185, which is currently held by Carol Donohue '10. The senior in her full career has found 184 points thus far on 120 goals and 64 assists.
Academically, Krestinski has also been a strong force as she sports a cumulative 3.76 GPA as a senior finance major. She has additionally served as an Executive Search, Asset Management Intern at Korn Ferry (Summer 2025) and a Summer Analyst CKC Capital LLC (2024). After graduation, the student-athlete has a position lined up as a Research Analyst at Korn Ferry.
Megan Krestinski and the Bucknell Bison are set to face off with top-seeded and 8th ranked Navy on Thursday, April 30 at 3 p.m. in Annapolis for the Patriot League Semifinals.
