Meyer, Grandolfo Earn First Team All-Patriot League Honors

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Senior attackman Michael Meyer and junior midfielder Peter Grandolfo, two of the catalysts of the Bucknell men's lacrosse team's high-powered offense, were named to the All-Patriot League First Team on Monday. Meyer and Grandolfo are both two-time all-league honorees after earning Second Team nods a year ago.
Meyer is having a huge senior campaign and ranks among the league's top point-producers. He has a career-high 34 goals along with 18 assists on the season, helping him eclipse the 50-point mark for the second year in a row. Meyer ranks seventh in the Patriot League in points per game (3.71) and ninth in goals per game (2.43). He scored six goals at Robert Morris early in the season and had two goals and six assists in a March win over Colgate, making him one of only two players in the country with a six-goal game and a six-assist game in 2026.
Meyer has surpassed the 150-point mark in his career (91-73-164). He is now ninth on Bucknell's career points list and eighth on the career assists chart. He needs six more goals to jump into the top 10 on that chart and nine to become the eighth 100-goal scorer in team history.
Grandolfo scored twice against UMBC on Friday to give him 22 goals on the season to go with nine assists. A consistent goal-scorer, he has at least one tally in all but one game this season. The 22 goals are new career high, and he now has 53 in three collegiate seasons.
Bucknell wrapped up the regular season with an 8-6 overall record and a 4-4 mark in the Patriot League. The Bison are the No. 4 seed in the Patriot League Tournament and will host No. 5 Colgate in the first round on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
