Women's Golf Takes Fifth at Bermuda Triangle Collegiate

SOUTHAMPTON, Bermuda – Sophia Bardunias tied for sixth in her seventh top-10 finish of the 2025-26 season as the Bukcnell women's golf team finished in fifth out of 11 teams at the Bermuda Triangle Collegiate at the Port Royal Golf Club.
The Bison finished with a 945 for the 54-hole tournament, finishing just two strokes behind Morehead State. Stetson won the tournament by 32 strokes with a 900, firing an impressive 292 in round two. UAlbany and Wofford tied for second place with a 932.
Stetson's Isaki Sakashita (+10) and Alisa Brannock (+11) went 1-2, and Julieta Oviedo and Filippa Jansson tied for third.
Bardunias tied for sixth place at 16-over par for the tournament. She was three-over in each of the first two rounds on Sunday and shot an 81 (+10) in the final round.
Katherine Vice tied for 18th, shooting a 79 in her final round. She finished the tournament with a 78-80-79 (+24). Nicole Yun and Joelle Johnson tied for 24th place. Yun (80-77-83) shot an 83 in her final round. Johnson (79-82-79) fired an eight-over 79.
Paige Richter, playing as an individual, placed 34th among the field. She fired a 79-82-82 (+30) for the tournament. Lila Smith tied for 49th, shooting an 85-84-82 (+38).
Bucknell is back in on Sunday, April 5 to kick off the YSU Spring Invitational at the Trumbull country Club. The tournament begins on Sunday and continues through Monday, April 6.
