Donner's Debriefing
"We always enjoy the ECAC-IC4As and have had some pretty good success over the past few years at this meet. Our runners now have 2-3 meets under their belts and the training is starting to kick in. We have never been to this course at Bethpage and we always get excited to see new courses."
