LEWISBURG, Pa.- Head coach Angie Stackhouse coordinated a national and diverse schedule for her first season coaching at her alma mater. The schedule will take the Bison to Texas, down to the Palmetto State, and features several midweek matchups against regional rivals and foes. Stackhouse is not afraid to test her young squad with three Power Four squads on the docket and three NCAA Tournament participants.
"This program shaped me as a player, and now I'm honored to lead it into the next chapter," said Stackhouse. "Spring 2026 is about honoring our past while building something special for the future! This schedule represents opportunity—opportunity to compete at the highest level, to grow together, and to set the standard for who we are as a program moving forward."
Bucknell's season begins in the Lone Star State at the East Texas A&M Tournament from Feb. 6-8. The Bison will challenge some of Texas' toughest mid-major programs in the host school, Texas Southern, and Stephen F. Austin and mix in games with a Northeastern foe in St. Bonaventure and perennial Midwest powerhouse South Dakota State.
The squad will rest for a week before heading to the UNCG Invitational (Feb. 20-22). Bucknell will play Canisius and Kent State twice and the host school once.
The Bison step up in class at the Party at Palmer Invitational (Feb. 27-March 1) hosted by Virginia. The Orange & Blue will test their mettle in two games versus Virginia and Villanova twice and once against Michigan. The Wolverines won 39 games in 2025, won the Big Ten tournament, and participated in the Austin Regional. The Cavaliers are a rising power making back-to-back NCAA Tournaments.
Spring break starts at the Winthrop Invitational (March 7-8). The Bison face the host program and Sun Belt foe Georgia State once and East Tennessee State twice. The road trip ends with doubleheaders at Gardner-Webb (March 10) and Furman (March 11).
Non-conference continues with a day trip doubleheader to Cornell (March 18).
Home and Patriot League play begins March 21-22 at Becker Field when Holy Cross invades Pennsylvania. The format of a Saturday doubleheader and a Sunday matinee game continues unabated.
Bucknell and Saint Francis closes the book on their fierce Central Pennsylvania rivalry with a doubleheader at Becker on March 26. The Red Flash are competing in their final Division I season before their move to Division III.
The Orange & Blue ships up to Massachusetts on April 4-5 to face the reigning Patriot League champions Boston University. The Bison and Terriers last season played an epic 15-inning duel - the longest contest in 2025 Division I action.
Bucknell remain roadbound against the Lafayette Leopards (April 11-12) before traveling to face Route 45 Rival Penn State (April 14) in the programs' annual game.
The Bison return home to Becker Field to greet the Lehigh Mountain Hawks (April 18-19). Bucknell knocked out Lehigh in last year's Patriot League Tournament and have defeated the fellow Pennsylvanian school in two straight postseason appearances.
Bucknell completes home play next weekend (April 25-26) when the 2025 Patriot League regular champions Army, the Black Knights of the Hudson, charges into Lewisburg to face the Bison of the Susquehanna.
Regular season and conference action concludes May 2-3 at Colgate and the series might determine the final squad in the four-team Patriot League Tournament.
The Patriot League Tournament will be held from May 7-9 at the highest seed. The Bison have made three straight Patriot League Tournament and aim to lengthen the streak.
