LEWISBURG, Pa.- Fresh off a historic 2024 season, Bucknell Volleyball reinforces its ranks with five players in its latest recruiting class. The Bison finished 21-5 and set a program record for consecutive wins and postseason awards.
Avery Bryan journeys to Lewisburg from Tewksbury, New Jersey. The middle blocker, a latecomer to the sport, never touched a volleyball until her freshman year of high school. She quickly molded herself to the sport, spending all four seasons at the varsity level. She earned Second Team All-Conference honors. A formidable presence in the middle, Bryan posted career marks of 212 kills and 124 blocks.
Stephanie Eroh arrives at Bucknell from Hoschton, Georgia. A middle blocker, she collected All-County and All-Region honors. Her Buford High School squad was the Region Champions.
Brynna Guy travels cross-country from Vista, California, to join the Bison herd. The libero has a catalog of awards to her name, earning three All-League honors (2x First Team and 1x Second Team) and serving as team captain for three seasons. Her high school squad won two league championships. A defensive presence, Guy notched 1000+ digs.
Peyton McGee is no stranger to traveling. The Norfolk, Virginia, native has lived in seven different locations due to her father's service in the US Navy. Lewisburg is the newest base. The setter carved an elite niche in the Tidewater region, winning TCIS and All-American 7757 Tidewater Player of the Year laurels. Her team won three TCIS Championships (2021, 2022, and 2024), as she collected 1000+ kills and 500+ assists.
Klea Tarja ventures to Lewisburg cross-country from Temecula, California. The outside hitter has delivered the goods, recording 345 kills during her senior season. She brings a champion's pedigree to Bucknell, having won a U18 national championship with her club team, Forza1.
Bucknell Volleyball's 2025 season begins this August.
