Donner's DebriefingÂ
"We have plenty of different missions this weekend as we split our team. We are resting a few athletes and giving them the weekend off so they can stay healthy and be hungry for the Penn Classic next week. Some of our top distance runners and top throwers are going to Penn State to compete against some top regional and national competition. All of our jumps and spirits will stay home along with some other distance runners. Last week was more of a team-oriented scored meet while this weekend we have some athletes chasing marks or resting. It is also a fun Friday night as we always run an all-freshmen distance medley relay and we always want to try to win or at least place in the top 2-3."

Last Time Out (Gulden Invitational)
- Bucknell won the annual Gulden Invitational held in honor of the Bison's late cross country/track & field coach Art Gulden by scoring 218.33 points.Â
- The Bison won six events including both relay races and added two all-time top ten marks.Â
- Justley Sharp won the shot put and the Invitational's Field Athlete of the Meet award by throwing 49-11. Art Gulden's widow presented the award to the sensational sophomore.
- Madison Fowler placed second in the shot put throwing 46-6.25 – a new personal record and her seventh best placement in school history. Her efforts won her a second Patriot League Women's Track & Field Rookie of the Week honor.
- Cami Burkett finished fifth in the 60-meter dash but her time of 7.87 ranks ninth in Bucknell history. She was the first Bison runner not named Meghan Quinn or current coach Kaitlin Salisbury to make the list since 2017.Â
- The Bison's "A" quartet of Alexa Goll, Madeline Sipe, Alison Cooke, and Anna Posh finished first in the 4x400-meter relay with a winning time of 4:04.16.
- The Orange & Blue also won the 4x800-meter relay. The "A" squad of Katrina Torelli, Shaelan McNally, Laura Posh, and Katie Moncavage combined for a 9:43.98 mark conquering the event by nearly 17 seconds. Â
