Donner's Debriefing
"I was pleased with the Tuneup and we accomplished many of our goals. Some athletes have big days and may have run, jumped, or thrown themselves into the conversation of a league roster spot. Which is what I was looking for. My philosophy is that the more people in the discussion for 32 spots, the better we are as a team."
Recap
The top five finishers in the weight throw were all Bison. Christine Ajao won the event, earned ECAC qualification, and improved her fifth-best mark in Bucknell history with a toss of 56-3 ¾.
Bucknell filled the first four slots in the shot put. Siobhan O'Sullivan won the event with her ECAC qualifying heave of 45-6 ¼.
Hollie Walters won the mile run. Her time of 5:10.70 was nearly a full second faster than the second-place finisher.
