Lily Neilson christened her Senior Day by scoring two goals and crossing the 50-goal milestone. She also provided an assist to record a game-high five points. Neilson now ranks fifth in Patriot League history for career goals with 51. The striker moved into sole possession of second place in Bucknell history for career points with 108.Â
Four other Bison recorded goals on the day, including senior Tallulah Fuhs. Juniors Kira Leclercq and Gianna Puorro each scored a goal and freshman Reese Czajkowski tallied off a Neilson assist. Her fellow senior Isabella Pavlides recorded an assist moving up to seventh all-time in Bucknell history tying Brittany Willwerth.Â
The Bison honored eight seniors: Zoe Carlson-Pietraszek, Hope Davis, Lindsey Fogelsanger, Nora Frederick, Tallulah Fuhs, Hannah Guarente, Lily Neilson, and Isabella Pavlides.Â
Bucknell scored four goals in four minutes in the first period ensuring the outcome was never in doubt. Lock Haven was unprepared for the ferocious Bison attack and penetrating defensive scheme.Â
Puorro opened the scoring in the eighth minute with a beautiful unassisted goal. The Bald Eagles could not keep up with the swift-moving Puorro as she darted in-between their feeble attempts at defensive play and slammed home the score.Â
Two minutes later, Leclercq lifted one of her patented aerials down the field. Fuhs raced ahead, collected the sphere, maneuvered into position, and sent the ball flying past the Haven goalkeeper for the 2-0 score.Â
Just before the 11th minute hit, Bucknell was awarded a penalty corner. Pavlides inserted the ball, Nicky Punt laid it down for Leclercq. The Bucknell defender fired home the third goal.ÂKira Leclcerq's aerial gives Fuhs a Senior Day goal!

The scoring flurry continued 14 seconds later when Czajkowski intercepted a pass and sent it forward to Neilson. The Australian hit the 50-goal mark with a slashing shot and her teammates erupted in admiration.Â
Bucknell resumed scoring in the third quarter when the Bison tallied 55 seconds into the third quarter. Fuhs, situated on the right wing, passed the ball across the face of goal where Neilson was waiting. With no goalie present, the target was as wide open as the Outback, and Neilson calmly tapped it in for the easy score and the 5-0 lead.ÂLILY DILLY!

12 minutes later, Neilson switched to the supplying side when she gave up a goal chance to pass to the wide open Czajkowski streaming into position from the center pitch. Czajkowski knocked it home for the additional insurance.Â
Lock Haven scored in the 57th minute when Farah van Dijk recovered the rebound off a penalty corner shot and sent it past Frederick. But it was small consolation for the Bald Eagles.Â
Bucknell heads to Colgate this Friday for a pivotal Patriot League conference game.Â
