Donner's Debriefing
"The team seems to be jelling right now and I believe based on the quality of the field, we have a chance for a top 3-4 team finish, and if we happen to be on, we might be able to contend for a win. This is the last regular season meet prior to league championships, so there is a lot at stake for the middle part of our lineup that makes for our depth, so we will see who steps up. I do like where the team is at right now with their training and now we just need to execute."

Bucknell will rest and charge up for the Patriot League Championships on Nov. 2. The league title is at Lafayette this year.Â

Overview
- Despite conference realignment and changing conferences, the ECAC Championships have remained one of the Northeast's calender-circle races.
- Bucknell will compete against 23 foes consisting of conference and regional foes.Â
- The Orange & Blue are in position for a top three finish. George Mason, Quinnipiac, and Yale are special teams to watch for along with Lehigh.Â
- Last time out, the Bison placed 20th in the Women's College Gold 6k race at the Paul Short Run
- Caryn Rippey's junior year has been one resounding success after another and she continued the trend at the Paul Short Run. Her time of 21:10.5 netted 71st in the crowded field. Rippey moved up 47 spots during the race.Â
- Captain Sarah Policano shined in the late stages moving up 74 spots --- the highest amount by a Bison runner to finish 126th. She recorded a time of 21:38.5.
- Freshman Shaelan McNally slightly faded late in the race dropping 21 spots to 142nd but the rookie runner still recorded a solid time of 21:44.9. It is a great result considering the harshness of the course towards young runners.Â
Bucknell will rest and charge up for the Patriot League Championships on Nov. 2. The league title is at Lafayette this year.Â
