Men's Track & Field Heads to the Lehigh Games

LEWISBURG, Pa.- The Bucknell Bison men's track & field team heads to Lehigh University for another challenging meet. Last weekend, the men's team shone brilliantly at the Colonial Relays, picking up a second-place finish thanks to 81 points earned against a plethora of tough competition.Â

When:Â Friday, April 7 & Saturday, April 8
Participating Teams:Â Bucknell, East Stroudsburg, Kutztown, Lafayette, Lehigh, Moravian, Muhlenberg, Sacred Heart, and St. Joseph's
"The Lehigh Games is a smaller meet in which we can take plenty of people," said head coach Kevin Donner. "Some of our better people will run in secondary events and others will take the weekend off. Field event people will do their primary events and with Patriot Leagues there in a month, they can get used to the venue, which I believe will help put us at an advantage."
Last Time Out (Colonial Relays)
Bucknell hosts the Bison Outdoor Classic next weekend on April 14-16. It is one of the largest meets in the East.Â

Last Time Out (Colonial Relays)
- Brandon Foust placed himself in the Bucknell record book with a 10.73 time in the 100-meter dash. The mark inserted himself at 10th all-time.Â
- Brian Scotto's time of 14.83 in the 110-meter hurdles placed him 10th in Bucknell history.Â
- Jeffrey Cianfrocca placed second in the high jump with a leap of 6-02.25.
- Chris Sims leaped to 44-03.50 in the triple jump to finish second.Â
- Franco Perinotti earned bronze in the 110-meter hurdles when he raced for a mark of 16.76.
Bucknell hosts the Bison Outdoor Classic next weekend on April 14-16. It is one of the largest meets in the East.Â
