Bella Moynihan Named to the CWPA All-Conference Second Team

LEWISBURG, Pa.- The CWPA league office released its all-conference teams and the Bucknell Bison women's water polo team is proud to announce that Bella Moynihan was named to the second team. Moynihan was the sole Bison player selected and this is her first-ever selection.
Selections were based on nominations and votes by the head coaches of the league's Division I institutions (Brown University, Bucknell University, Harvard, Princeton, Michigan, Saint Francis University), the All-Conference Team honors the 16 best players (14 field players, two goalies) in the majority opinion of the coaches.
Moynihan racked up 16 goals to assist in the Bison attack. Her biggest contributions were in the defensive realm and the league's head coaches recognized her talen in that area.Â
Moynihan and the Bison compete at the CWPA Championships starting tomorrow with a contest against three seed Harvard.Â
