Women's Track & Field Commences Outdoor Season with Two Invitationals

LEWISBURG, Pa.-Â The Bucknell Bison women's track & field team opens up the outdoor season this weekend with The Jim Taylor Invitational hosted by Susquehanna University.

The Bison are coming off the indoor season, where the Orange & Blue finished four out of ten teams at the Patriot League Championships. Last year, the women's team finished fourth in the outdoor championships, and the Bison are gunning to improve on that placement.
Some notable results at last year's Navy Invite were Meghan Quinn's victories in the 100 and 200-meter dashes and Bridget Lalonde finishing first in the 400-meter dash. Karen Hull also won the high jump.Â
