Women's Tennis Hits Road for Two PL Matches

• The Bison are currently 11-6 (2-1 PL) after toppling rival Lehigh, 6-1, on April 2 and blanking Colgate, 4-0, on April 3. For going 2-0 at both first singles and first doubles that weekend, senior Daniela Bellini was selected as the Patriot League Tennis Player of the Week for the second time in her career.
• With its triumph over St. Bonaventure on March 5, Bucknell won at least eight of its first 10 matches for the second time in four seasons; in 2019-20, the Bison went 9-1 to begin dual match action.
• Bucknell went 5-5 (2-3 PL) in the spring of 2021, most notably scoring a 4-2 victory over rival Lehigh in the Patriot League Tournament quarterfinals.
