Tori Allen and Jaycie Mair Named 2026-27 Women's Tennis Captains

LEWISBURG, Pa. — Upcoming seniors Tori Allen and Jaycie Mair have been named the 2026-27 captains of the Bison women's tennis team, head coach Tammy Cecchini announced on Monday.
The duo became captains following a 2024-25 season in which Bucknell women's tennis posted an overall record of 10-11 and a Patriot League record of 2-5.
Allen went 10-17 overall in singles and 7-11 in dual singles, primarily at the No. 3 spot, while going 5-6 overall in doubles and 2-1 in dual doubles on court two. The senior has also been invited to attend the NCAA Career in Sports Forum at the end of May and serves as one of the women's tennis SAAC representatives.
Mair went 6-18 overall in singles and 4-11 in dual singles across courts three, four and five, while going 11-17 in overall doubles and 7-12 in dual doubles primarily on court two. She also serves as a Study Group Facilitator and Mathematics Tutor through Bucknell's Teaching and Learning Center.
Allen and Mair are now gearing up to take on their new leadership roles and lead Bucknell women's tennis through its 2026-27 season, which will kick off in September.
