Dunne Kicks off Bison Outdoor Classic with Heptathlon Events

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Abigail Dunne kicked off the 2022 Bison Outdoor Classic for the Bucknell women's track & field team on Thursday, completing four heptathlon events. The junior currently sits 14th with 2,321 points.
Dunne set a new personal best in the 200, running a 27.16 to take eighth out of 17 other competitors. She also placed in the top 10 in the 100, running a 16.17 to take ninth.
Dunne posted a 4-8.25 in the heptathlon's high jump to grab 12th and a 25-5.5 in shot put for 16th. Still remaining on Saturday is the javelin, long jump and 800.
Events resume for the Bison Outdoor Classic at 9 a.m. on Friday with the heptathlon long jump.
