Men’s Tennis Topped by No. 61 Cornell

ITHACA, N.Y. – The Bucknell men's tennis team fell by a 4-0 count at Cornell on Sunday afternoon at Reis Tennis Center.

The Big Red, ranked 61st in the latest ITA rankings and now 11-3 on the season, won the doubles point and then clinched the match with wins at first, third, and sixth singles.

Tim Zelikovsky, who owns a seven-match winning streak and No. 4 singles, led 6-5 in the first set against Sam Paquette when the match was halted as Cornell clinched the verdict.

Bucknell (4-13) is back in action next Sunday at Howard at 2 p.m.
