Women's Tennis Plays Three Matches in Hawaii

• The Bison are currently 8-3 (0-0 PL) following their 6-1 win over St. Bonaventure on March 5 and their 6-1 loss at Penn State the next day.
• With its triumph over St. Bonaventure, Bucknell won at least eight of its first 10 matches for the second time in four seasons; in 2019-20, the Bison went 9-1 to begin dual match action.
• Bucknell went 5-5 (2-3 PL) in the spring of 2021, most notably scoring a 4-2 victory over rival Lehigh in the Patriot League Tournament quarterfinals.
• The Bison posted a 6-3 (0-0 PL) record during their 2019-20 season that was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They won five of their final six matches that season, with two coming by 7-0 margins.

Chaminade at a GlanceÂ
• Chaminade is currently 0-4 (0-0 PacWest) after being blanked by four opponents at the Hawaii Invitational.
• The Silversword's match against the Bison will be their first since Feb. 14.
• Chaminade went 0-8 (0-0 PacWest) during its abbreviated 2020-21 season. The Silverswords lost both of their matches at that season's PacWest Championships.
• This will be the first meeting between Bucknell and Chaminade.

• Hawaii is currently 4-3 (3-0 Big West) following its 4-0 victory over Army West Point on March 10.
• The Rainbow Wahine went 7-8 (4-4 Big West) in the spring of 2021, ultimately falling to UC Santa Barbara in the Big West Championship semifinals.
• Hawaii lost one of its most decorated players in program history to graduation following the 2020-21 campaign. Petra Melounova was a three-time Big West Player of the Year and four-time All-Big West First Team selection.
• The Rainbow Wahine returned Satsuki Takamura, who partnered with Melounova over the course of her career and earned a spot on the 2021 All-Big West Doubles Second Team.Â
