Entire Men's Golf Roster Earn Spots on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. -- The Patriot League announced the 2021 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll on Monday, and all eight members of the Bucknell men's golf team made the list. It was a stellar spring semester for the Bison, who performed well on the course and also combined for an outstanding 3.65 team grade-point average.
To qualify for the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must have achieved a minimum 3.20 grade-point average during the semester in which their team competed.
Leading the way for the Bison was senior Chris Tanabe, a Spanish and economics double major who earned a perfect 4.0 GPA while wrapping up one of the finest careers in Bucknell men's golf history. Six of the eight Bison also made the Bucknell Dean's List with a GPA of 3.50 or better.
Among all Patriot League sports, Bucknell led the league with 524 student-athletes named to the Academic Honor Roll. The next-highest total was 401 by Boston University and Lafayette. The following are the Bucknell men's golf team's 2021 Spring Patriot League Academic Honor Roll members. Â
