About the Bison
• Bucknell enters week three of the spring season in search of its first win when it travels to Lehigh on Sunday. The Bison fell to 0-2 last weekend, dropping a 4-0 game to reigning Patriot League champion American.
• While the Bison are the only Patriot League team with two losses, no team has more than one win. Bucknell is the only team in the league with two games under its belt.
• After rattling off 15 shots in the season opener, the Bison managed just two against the Eagles. Sophomore Mackenzie Kile has a team-high three shot attempts and Bucknell's only assist. The Bison are putting 76 percent (13-of-17) of their shots on goal through two games.
• Scoring the Bison's lone goal this season was rookie Kari Melberger, who punched one in during the week one game against Colgate. Melberger was the Patriot League Rookie of the Week during the first round of awards.
• Bucknell split time between goalkeepers Clara McCormick and Peyton Fischer in the season opener, but it was Fischer playing all 60 minutes against the Eagles on Sunday. Fischer registered six saves against 14 shots on Sunday. The junior also faced seven penalty corners.
• Bucknell has not started a season 0-3 since 2011.

• The Mountain Hawks went 7-11 last season and were 2-4 in league play. They were picked fifth in the Patriot League Preseason Poll, while senior Lenke Havas and sophomore Maddie Kahn were named to the Preseason All-League Team.
• Lehigh opened its spring 2021 campaign on Sunday with a 1-0 win over Lafayette. Rookie Julia Gatelein scored the only goal for the Mountain Hawks in the 41st minute, while sophomore goalkeeper Maddie Kahn made two saves. Kahn started all 18 games for Lehigh last season and produced a 2.34 goals against average.
• Bucknell is 23-22-1 all-time in games against the Mountain Hawks, dating back to 1976. The Bison have won each of the last eight matchups.
• Bucknell won 8-2 over Lehigh on Oct. 12 last season, which was the team's highest-scoring game of 2019. Five of Bucknell's goals came in the second quarter. Leah Fogelsanger, Megan Keeney and Kaelyn Long each scored in the victory.
