Field Hockey Named NFHCA 2025 Division I National Academic Team

LEWISBURG, Pa.- Bucknell Field Hockey landed another prestigious academic honor on Tuesday when the program earned NFHCAÂ 2025 Division I National Team Academic honors.Â
NFHCA Release
This prestigious acknowledgment is granted to programs that have achieved an exceptional team grade-point average of 3.50 or higher during the fall semester of the current academic year.Â
Bucknell was one of 60 programs to earn the designation. The Bison finished with a team GPA of 3.60 during the 2025 fall semester. Six out of the Patriot League teams received the laurel.Â
The University of Maine squad turned in the highest GPA in all of Division I, securing the top spot with an overall 3.89.
The final NFHCA academic award — the National Scholar-Athlete — will be released on February 19.
