Field Hockey Places 17 on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa.- The Bucknell field hockey team combined for a stellar 3.60 team grade-point average last fall, and on Thursday 17 members of the squad were named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.Â
To be eligible for the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade point average (GPA) in the fall semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's seven fall championship sports. Bucknell recorded a league-high 193 student-athletes out of a total of 1,346 honorees.
Out of Bucknell's 17 Honor Roll members, 16 also made Bucknell's Dean's List with a GPA of 3.50 or better and seven student-athletes earned perfect 4.0s: Sally Hunter, Gracie Kothari, Kira Leclercq, Brooke Parker, Mary Sylvester, Abby Zanelli, and Jip Zwaard.Â
