Kaitlin Salisbury and Karly Forker Each Garner Distinction
BOSTON – Kaitlin Salisbury earned All-East honors for the second straight year in the 60 in placing fourth overall (7.58) as Bucknell wrapped up the ECAC Championships on Sunday afternoon.
Bucknell (20.25) finished 18th at the meet, one spot behind Columbia (21), and one place ahead of Central Connecticut (18). Towson won the meet (63) narrowly over Connecticut (59), with Albany (58), William & Mary (43), and Hampton (41) comprising the rest of the top five.
"It was another nice day for the women," said Head Coach Kevin Donner. "Forker ran a nice 1000 for All-East, and our DMR of Lussier, Lalonde, Ryan, and Kubinski got in some good experience. This weekend was a moral victory for our women after a rough league meet, and it kickstarts our spring outdoor season on a high note."
