Bucknell Women at a Glance
• The Bison placed second at the 2020 Patriot League Championships with 533 points. The Bison, who finished as the Patriot League runners-up for the 12th time in program history and the first time since 2015, were bolstered by eight-medal winning performances, including a golden showing by Maggie Wyngowski in Friday's 400 IM behind an NCAA 'B' cut time.
• Bucknell wrapped up its dual meet schedule with a sterling 10-1 (7-1 Patriot League) record after dispatching Lehigh, 166-132, on Jan. 25.
• With their rivalry win over the Mountain Hawks, the Bison reached the double digits in victories during a single season for the sixth time in program history. They previously accomplished the feat in 1980-81 (11-2), 1984-85 (10-4), 1993-94 (10-1), 1994-95 (10-1) and 1997-1998 (11-2).
• Over the past two seasons, Bucknell has posted a combined dual meet record of 18-2 (13-2 PL); both of the team's losses came to reigning Patriot League champion Navy.
• In 2018-19, the Bison finished dual competition with an impressive 8-1 (6-1 Patriot League) record. With their Senior Day triumph over rival Lehigh, they reached the eight-win threshold for the first time since the 2013-14 campaign, when they went 8-2 (6-0 Patriot League).
• Bucknell went on to place third (482 points) at the 10-team Patriot League Championships and third (322 points) at the 24-team ECAC Championships. The Bison's third-place showing at the Patriot League Championships was their best since 2015, when they were the runners-up; they were bolstered by eight medal-winning performances, including an individual title by Maddie Hartigan in the 1,650 freestyle.
• Hartigan (1st), Julie Byrne (1st), Wyngowski (1st) and Abigail Rosenberg (2nd) were Bucknell's 2019 All-Patriot League honorees.
• Of Bucknell's 2019 All-Patriot League selections, Byrne and Rosenberg were lost to graduation. The Bison also returned Emma Hadley, a 2017 All-Patriot League First Team and 2018 All-Patriot League Second Team honoree.
• The program welcomed 10 newcomers in 2019-20. They hail from six different states: Pennsylvania (4), Connecticut (2), Florida, Maryland, New Jersey and New York.

Bucknell Men at a Glance
• The Bison placed fourth at the 2020 Patriot League Championships with 342.5 points. A highlight of the meet for the Bison was a bronze-medal performance by the 400 freestyle relay team of Matt McGoey, Matt Mills, Jack Rose and Leo Kuyl.
• Bucknell wrapped up its dual meet season with a 5-6 (4-4 Patriot League) record.
• The Bison's 5-2 start was its best since the 2013-14 campaign. That season, they went 5-1 (4-0 Patriot League) in their first six duals en route to a 7-3 (5-1 Patriot League) record.
• In 2018-19, Bucknell went 3-5 (3-4 Patriot League). The Bison went on to place third (397 points) at the 10-team Patriot League Championships and fourth (313 points) at the 24-team ECAC Championships.
• Chadd Cummings (2nd), Charlie McFarland (2nd) and McGoey (2nd) were Bucknell's 2019 All-Patriot League honorees. McGoey made the All-Patriot League Second Team for the second year in a row.
• Of Bucknell's 2019 All-Patriot League selections, Cummings and McFarland were lost to graduation.
• The Bison are very young in 2019-20, featuring a roster with 27 underclassmen. They have only two seniors: McGoey and Michael Park.
• The program welcomed nine newcomers in 2019-20. They hail from five different states: California (4), New York (2), Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
