LEWISBURG, Pa.—The Bucknell University baseball team will play a midweek matchup at Towson on Tuesday afternoon looking to rebound after dropping three games over the weekend at Lafayette.

The Bison (9-24, 3-11 PL) have won two out of their last three nonconference games, and will face a Towson (4-25, 1-5 CAA) team that has lost 13 out of its last 14 games.

Bison Notes

Bucknell is coming off an 0-3 weekend against Lafayette in Easton, in which the Bison allowed nine unearned runs in game one and six unearned runs in game three.
Tyler Wincig will look to keep his strong individual form going against the Tigers.
Wincig hit .500 in the past five games with two home runs, and his five bombs lead the team this season.
Wincig's five home runs are tied for second in the Patriot League this season to date. He is currently hitting .450 in seven conference appearances this season.
Jared Drizin is hitting .333 in Patriot League contests this year
Dominic Toso posted his second three-RBI game of the year in game three at Lafayette.
Toso's double down the right field line cleared the bases and pulled Bucknell within 6-4 in that game. He is now up to ten multiple hit games on the season.
Wincig and Caleb Broughton each have seven multi-hit appearances.
Evan Madigan leads the team with nine stolen bases, good for fourth in the Patriot League.
Nate Grisius is seventh in the Patriot League in ERA at 4.30.
JohnPaul Bell is hitting .429 against left-handed pitchers this season.

The Tigers are 4-25 overall with a 1-5 mark in CAA play.
Javon Fields has played 28 of the 29 games for Towson and is hitting .271 on the season with five doubles.
Brad Powers has provided 15 RBIs, while Zach Piazza has added 14.
Towson did take a game from the preseason favorite in the Colonial, Elon las Saturday.
The Tigers jumped out to a 7-0 lead in the first seven innings in the win. Piazza and Powers combined to go 6-for-9 from the plate with an RBI.
