Baseball Lands 29 Student-Athletes on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell baseball program made its return to the Patriot League championship in 2026, and followed an outstanding season with a great semester in the classroom. The team placed 29 student-athletes on the Patriot League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll announced by the league office on Wednesday.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must have earned a minimum 3.20 GPA in the spring semester while participating in one of the Patriot League's winter or spring championship sports. Bucknell recorded a league-high 569 student-athletes out of a total of 3,900 honorees. The next-highest total was Lafayette's 472. Across all 27 varsity sports, Bison student-athletes averaged a 3.52 GPA in the 2026 spring semester.
Among the 29 players on the honor roll, 22 student-athletes made the Dean's List for achieving a 3.50 GPA or higher in the spring semester. Rising sophomore Jack Keane, rising junior Bryce Mitchell and rising senior Zach Selfon all achieved a 4.00 GPA.
Hadley Maxwell, who graduated in the spring, was named the 2026 Patriot League Scholar Athlete of the Year. He was joined by Lleyton Coupe and Jonathan Adelmann on the Academic All-Patriot League team. Maxwell, John Calabrese, Everett Garber and Ty Lagoni were named to the CSC Academic All-District squad.
