Men's Tennis Continues Play at Ivy Plus Tournament

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell men's tennis team continued play against a loaded field of competitors at Princeton's Ivy Plus Tournament on Saturday. The trio of Bison players who made the trip all dropped matches against tough competition.
Senior Nick Bybel, ranked 95th in the year's first national poll, fell to 1-2 at the tournament with a 6-3, 6-2 loss to Columbia's Shawn Hadavi. Bybel was the top-ranked player in the tournament's top flight, which included four-nationally ranked competitors.
In other action, sophomore Daniel Wright lost a heartbreaking three-set match to Tennessee's Marshall Sullivan. Wright was edged 12-10 in the final set. Bryan Adams lost his first consolation match to Mohamed El Tonbari but responded with a straight sets victory over Old Dominion's Darragh Glavin.
